How Long We Keep Information

For information on how long we store your personal information, or the criteria we use to determine retention periods, please contact us using the details provided in section 01.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Account data is retained while an account remains active and is normally deleted within 90 days of closure. Operational logs are typically retained for up to 30 days. Financial records are retained for up to six years in accordance with legal requirements. Backup data is retained on a rolling basis for approximately 30 days before automatic deletion.

Sharing Information Outside the UK
